iAE
World Education Fair 2008 |
 |
|
| Welcome again to the iAE World Education
Fair ¡®Jan 08 |
|
| I would like to take this opportunity to invite you to participate in the iAE World Education Fair
(WEF) to be held in January 2008 in 3 cities, Korea.
The format of the iAE WEF 'Jan 08, although similar to the ones we have successfully organized in the past, does have some significant and exciting changes. |
| As a participant you: |
|
are part of an elite group who are given an exclusive invitation
as one of iAE's closest partners.
will be supported by even better trained and more experienced
sales teams from iAE offices.
have the opportunity to participate Fairs in up to 3 major
cities of iAE's main recruitment source in Korea.
receive follow ups using iAE's 'second to none' IT-based Customer
Relations Management System, ensuring efficient year-round
enrolments after the fairs
will achieve excellent value for money with increased annual
recruitments guaranteed as an iAE's Priority Partner.
will meet with iAE sales teams in Seoul and other cities.
benefit form the fact that February is the best time to recruit
prospective students and parents.
receive free WEF promotion through iAE websites with over
300,000 hits made every day by over 600,000 member students.
are positioned as a highly recommended partner school of iAE.
|
| As one of iAE's Priority Partners, I would like to encourage you to come together again with
iAE to further strengthen our long-term business relationship.
It is important to emphasize that iAE's Fairs are different from those organized by
other agents in Korea. With more targeted and pre-screened prospective students combined with iAE sales team's
emphases on your profile among the 263 members will provide the perfect formula for success.
I would like to invite you to review the attached proposal carefully and take this opportunity to promote your
institution and accelerate the recruitment of students from Korea through participation at iAE's WEF 'Jan 08.
Please complete the application form and return it to me ASAP as entry to our WEF Fair is very competitive and the number of participating schools in each country is limited and will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis.
Kind regards.
O.J. Kim CEO & Managing Director

| iAE World Education Fair 'Jan 08 |
| in Seoul, Busan & Jeonju |
|
| Introduction |
|
Welcome to iAE's unique World Education
Fairs to be held in January 2008.
The exhibition is designed to attract prospective students
pursuing courses such as ESL, secondary and tertiary education
including vocational, undergraduate and postgraduate degree
courses.
Visiting students and parents will be counseled by representatives
of participating schools with the assistance of our sales
experts.
January is the best time of the year for foreign education
exhibitions in Korea, as all students conclude their second
semester studies in December and those wishing to study
overseas actively collect information from websites, agents
and exhibitions.
The iAE's WEF 'Jan 08 will be held in 3 major cities where
iAE sales offices will provide participating institutions
with chance to meet prospective students and their parents.
It will also serve as a great opportunity to train iAE education
planners.
The proposed exhibition dates of 19th January - 22nd January
2008 are during school vacation time, which allows prospective
students the opportunity to visit the Fairs, collect the
necessary information on education in their desired destination
and to meet with school representatives to make the final
decision on their study plan. The following outlines are
iAE's strategy on our exhibitions.
|
|
| No profit pursuance |
|
| iAE does not pursue profit from the exhibition participation
fee, as we are purely a foreign education consulting company
generating business through student recruitment. The main
purpose of the WEF is to maximize the business interests of
participating schools through the Fair, which means that other
than venue hired, participations fees are used for the promotion
of exhibition and participating institutions. |
|
| Selection of cities to participate |
|
| Other than the WEF in Seoul, which is compulsory, each institution
can choose other fairs to participate. Schools are very welcome
to take part in all 3 Fairs if desired. |
|
| Training session, small group seminars and Fam
Trip to iAE Sales Offices |
|
| All participating institutions will have the option of attending
iAE sales team training sessions through its e-seminar solution
(web conference), where most of EPs at iAE will attend to
get updated information and knowledge. |
|
| Exclusive provision of an iAE sales expert at
the booth |
|
| If you have already experienced the inefficiency of attending
exhibitions with interpreters lacking counseling knowledge
and experience, you will appreciate the difference having
our well-trained, experienced and prepared counselors assisting
you during the whole exhibition. |
|
| Year round promotion for exhibitors/schools |
|
| We are preparing 5,000 comprehensive exhibitors' directories
to be distributed among prospective students/parents during
the exhibition. |
|
| Training session, small group seminars and Fam
Trip to iAE Sales Offices |
|
| All designated counselors will spend a minimum of one hour with school representatives before the exhibition to do a final briefing and ask any questions they may have regarding the institution and its programs. It is strongly recommended that participating school representatives send all necessary promotional materials to us well before the WEF to allow the counselors to have sufficient time to prepare for the Fair. |
|
| Thank you very much for your consideration of this proposal. I hope that you will take the advantages of this unique opportunity and look forward to seeing you in January 2008. Should you require any further information on this proposal, please do not hesitate to contact me. |
