As one of iAE Global/China’s Priority Partners, I know you already understand iAE’s business philosophy and so I would like to encourage you to come together again with iAE to further strengthen our long-term business relationship.

It is important to emphasize that iAE Global/China co-ordinated fairs are different from others organized by agents in China, with more targeted and pre-screened students combined with a significant increase of your profile among the members to iAE Global/China sales teams providing the perfect formula for success.

I would like to invite you to review the attached proposal carefully and take this opportunity to promote your institution and accelerate the recruitment of students from China through participation at our iAE Global/China co-ordinated 12th CIEET Education Exhibition March 2007.

Please complete the application form and return it to us ASAP as entry to 12th CIEET Education Exhibition 2007 is very competitive and the number of participating schools in each country is limited and will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis.

Warm regards

iAE Global/China co-ordinated 12th CIEET EDUCATION EXHIBITION March 2007 Date : 3rd March – 11th March 2006
in Beijing, Hangzhou (iAE-organized exhibition) and Shanghai
Introduction

Welcome to iAE Global/China co-ordinated 12th CIEET Education Exhibition to be held in March 2007.

The exhibition is designed to attract prospective students pursuing courses such as secondary and tertiary education including vocational, undergraduate and postgraduate degree courses.

Visiting students and parents will be counseled by representatives of participating schools under the guidance of our education planners and sales experts.
Extract from CIEET Organizer CSCSE – Addressing the concerns of students and recruiters.
Recognized as a major source country of international students, China is acclaimed as the largest education market where institutions of international education excellence around the globe compete for qualified candidates. The Ministry of Education statistics show that 118,500 Chinese students left to study abroad in 2005, among them 106,500 are self-funded.
As Director-General of the Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange (CSCSE), I would like to extend to you our cordial invitation to participate the 12th China International Education Exhibition Tour (CIEET) where large numbers of students pursue their academic qualifications abroad.
Approved by the Ministry of Education and supported by government agencies home and abroad, CSCSE has successfully held 11 CIEETs in nearly 30 major Chinese cities.
CIEET is now recognized as the most influential international education event nationally and internationally. While meeting the expectations of the exhibiting institutions, the recently concluded CIEET 2006 has drawn up to 127,000 visitors who plan for study in other countries or regions.

I believe that CIEET will be an opportunity for your institution and an opportunity for the prospective students as well.
Look forward to your presence at the 12th CIEET.
Yours sincerely,
Professor FANG Maotian, Director-General
Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange, Ministry of Education
The People’s Republic of China
March is one of the best times of the year for foreign education exhibitions in China, as all students conclude their second semester studies in June/July and those wishing to study overseas actively collect information from websites, agents and exhibitions.

The iAE Global/China co-ordinated 12th CIEET Education Exhibition 2007 will be held in 3 major cities where iAE Global/China sales offices will provide participating institutions with chance to meet prospective students and parents and just as importantly, train iAE Global/China education planners.

The exhibition dates of 3rd – 11th March allows prospective students the opportunity to visit fairs, collect the necessary information on education in their desired destination and to meet with school representatives to make the final decision on their study plan. The following outlines iAE Global/China strategy on our exhibitions.

No profit pursuance
iAE Global/China does not pursue profit from the exhibition participation fee, as we are purely a foreign education consulting company generating business through student recruitment. The main purpose of the Education Exhibition is to maximize the business interests of participating schools through the fair, which means that other than venue hire, participations fees are used for the promotion of exhibition and participating schools.
Selection of cities to participate
Participating schools will have the opportunity to select which, if any, of the other cities to attend. Schools are welcome to take part in all 3 promotional cities.
Exclusive provision of an iAE Global/China sales expert at the booth
If you have already experienced the inefficiency of attending exhibitions with interpreters lacking counseling knowledge and experience, you will appreciate the difference having our well-trained, experienced and prepared counselors with you for the whole exhibition.
Year round promotion for exhibitors/schools
We are producing 10,000 iAE Global/China Study Abroad Magazines for 2007 to be distributed to prospective students/parents in events like this exhibition.
Training session for interpreter
All designated counselors will spend a minimum of one hour with school representatives before the exhibition to do a final briefing and ask any questions they may have regarding the school. It is strongly recommended that all school representatives send all necessary promotional material to iAE Global/China well before the 12th CIEET Education Exhibition to allow selected counselors to prepare for the exhibition.
Thank you very much for your consideration of this proposal. I hope that you will take advantage of this unique opportunity and look forward to seeing you in March 2007. Should you require any further information in regard to this proposal, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Yours sincerely
