13th CIEET Education Exhibition March 2008 |
|
| I would like to take this opportunity to invite you to participate
with iAE-Longre China in conjunction with 13th CIEET Education
Exhibition & iAE-Longre Interview Program to be held in
March 2008 in 5 China cities. |
As you may already know, we recently announced that iAE
Global/China and Longre Education Group have entered into
a Joint-Venture Partnership in the International Students
Recruitment business in China with immediate effect. For more
information on this iAE-Longre partnership, please see this
link: http://www.longre.com/longreglobal
Longre Education Group is one of the main IELTS and TOEFL
test preparation groups in China with 25 centers in 17 Chinese
cities. To date, over 120,000 Chinese students have gone through
Longre for IELTS/TOEFL preparation programs. In Shanghai alone,
Longre Group has 5 teaching centers and over 70% market share
of IELTS preparation students.
Now operating as iAE Longre, the network is planning to actively
utilize Longre¡¯s student base and iAE¡¯s institutional links
and recruitment licence to significantly increase the student
numbers to our institutional partners around the world.
The format of our iAE-Longre China co-ordinated education
exhibition will basically be the same as those so successfully
held in China, Korea and India in the past and will be structured
as follows: |

iAE-Longre China co-ordinated
13th CIEET EDUCATION EXHIBITION March 2008
Date : 1st March - 12th March 2008 in Beijing, Nanjing, Shanghai,
Ningbo
and Hangzhou |
|
| Introduction |
|
Welcome to iAE-Longre China co-ordinated 13th CIEET
Education Exhibition to be held in March 2008.
The exhibition is designed to attract prospective students
pursuing courses such as secondary and tertiary education
including vocational, undergraduate and postgraduate degree
programs.
Visiting students and parents will be counseled by representatives
of participating schools under the guidance of our education
planners/counselors.
March is one of the best times of the year for foreign
education exhibitions in China, as all students conclude
their second semester studies in June/July and those wishing
to study overseas actively collect information from websites,
agents and exhibitions.

| Recognized as a major source country of international
students, China is acclaimed as the largest education market
where institutions of international education excellence around
the globe compete for qualified candidates. The Ministry of
Education statistics show that 134,000 Chinese students left
to study abroad in 2006, among them 121,000 are self-funded.
As Director-General of the Chinese Service Center for Scholarly
Exchange (CSCSE), I would like to extend to you our cordial
invitation to participate the 13th China International Education
Exhibition Tour (CIEET) from 1st through 16th March 2008
where large numbers of students pursue their academic qualifications
aboard.
While staging the 13th CIEET tour in five major metropolitan
cities in China, CSCSE will concurrently host in Beijing
the 5th Forum on Study Abroad and Diversification of Human
Resources Training and sessions of seminars under different
sub-themes. CIEET and the associated Forum along with its
seminars will provide not only an excellent platform for
networking with international education professionals and
practitioners, but also great promotion opportunities for
exhibitors who wish to get maximum exposure to prospective
students, learn the latest trend of the Chinese education
market, and sharpen institutional competitive edge while
building international reputation.
Approved by the Ministry of Education and supported by
government agencies home and abroad, CSCSE has successfully
held 12 CIEETs in over 30 major Chinese cities. Recognized
as the most influential international education event in
China, CIEET also enjoys acclaims around the world. While
meeting the expectations of the exhibiting institutions,
the recently concluded CIEET 2007 has drawn up to 123,000
visitors who plan for study in other countries or regions.
I believe that CIEET will be an opportunity for your institution
and an opportunity for the prospective students as well.
Look forward to your presence at the 13th CIEET.
Yours sincerely,
Professor FANG Maotian

This iAE-Longre China co-ordinated CIEET
Education Exhibition/iAE-Longre China Interview Program
2008 will be held in 5 major cities where iAE-Longre China
sales offices will provide participating institutions with
chance to meet prospective students and parents and just
as importantly, train iAE-Longre China education planners.
The exhibition/interview program dates of 1st - 12th March
allows prospective students the opportunity to visit the
education exhibitions, collect the necessary information
on education in their desired destination and to meet with
school representatives to make the final decision on their
study plan. The following outlines iAE-Longre China strategy
on our exhibitions.
|
|
| No profit pursuance |
|
iAE-Longre China does not pursue profit
from the exhibition participation fee, as we are purely
a foreign education consulting organization generating business
through student recruitment. The main purpose of the Education
Exhibition is to maximize the business interests of participating
schools through the fair, which means that other than venue
hire, participations fees are used for the promotion of
exhibition and participating schools. |
|
| Selection of cities to participate |
|
Participating schools will have the opportunity
to select which, if any, of the other cities to attend.
Schools are welcome to take part in all 5 promotional cities.
|
|
| Exclusive provision of iAE-Longre China education
planner/counselor at the booth |
|
If you have already experienced the inefficiency
of attending exhibitions with interpreters lacking counseling
knowledge and experience, you will appreciate the difference
having our well-trained, experienced and prepared counselors
with you for the whole exhibition. |
|
| Year round promotion for exhibitors/schools |
|
We are producing iAE-Longre/China Study
Abroad Magazines for 2008 to be distributed to prospective
students/parents in events like this exhibition. |
|
| Training session for interpreter |
|
All designated counselors will spend a minimum
of one hour with school representatives before the exhibition
to do a final briefing and ask any questions they may have
regarding the school. It is strongly recommended that all
school representatives send all necessary promotional material
to iAE-Longre China well before the 13th CIEET Education
Exhibition to allow selected counselors to prepare for the
exhibition. |
|
| Thank you very much for your consideration of this proposal.
I hope that you will take advantage of this unique opportunity
and look forward to seeing you in March 2008. Should you require
any further information in regard to this proposal, please
do not hesitate to contact us.
Yours sincerely
Alex Guo
Director, iAE China
