O.J. Kim - CEO iAE Eduhouse Inc and iAE Global Ltd
OJ Kim has been involved in the international education industry
since 1986 and started iAE Edu Net in Korea in Oct 1992. Initially
commencing his business working with institutions in Australia,
NZ, UK and Japan, OJ expanded iAE Edu Net¡¯s business to the
US and Canada in 1995. By 1994 he had successfully grown iAE
to become the top agency among all Korean based agents for
Australia and New Zealand.
In 1996, OJ took iAE Edu Net to a new level with the formation
of the first ever internet recruitment service among Korean
agents. Over the past 10 years, OJ has continued to invest
and develop in what has become one of the most powerful IT
educational recruitment and management systems available today.
This vision and determination has resulted in a unique client
management system that has more than 600,000 student members,
generating over 60,000 on-line inquiries and delivering 11,000
students enrolments in 2007 from iAE Edu Net Korea.
While OJ has built a Korean based sales network with 31 sales
offices, he has also established an international office network
in key student destination countries, such as Sydney, Brisbane,
Melbourne, Adelaide, Auckland, Vancouver, Perth, Toronto,
Christchurch, New York, Gold Coast and London.
With fellow directors and partners Mark Lucas and David Tan,
OJ established iAE Global Ltd in 2006 to provide a platform
to further expand the iAE network to countries such as China,
India, Taiwan and Mexico.
The past 20 years in the international education industry
and the establishment the iAE Global Network, has cemented
O.J.¡¯s position as one of the most recognised and influential
market and opinion leaders in the global education industry.
His focus has been and still remains to create a business
that is dedicated to ¡°Working for our client¡¯s future¡± ? the
motto of iAE Global Network. |

Mark Lucas- Managing Director, iAE
Global Ltd
Mark Lucas joined iAE Global as a partner in January 2006.
With a career in education spanning 27 years, Mark has a teaching
degree from the University of Newcastle and has taught high
school, college and ESL in Australia and Japan.
Prior to iAE Global, Mark was the founding director and CEO
of Technos Language and Commerce College (TLCC) - a private
English language and vocational education college for international
students in Sydney.
In 2001, TLCC merged with Aspect Education Holdings, a UK-based
education group with 20 colleges in 7 countries. Mark was
the Managing Director and Australian shareholder of Aspect
Education in Australia until March 2005.
Mark has been active in the private export education sector
and is the immediate past chair of Australian Council for
Private Education and Training, a former convener of the Affiliation
of International Education Peak Bodies and a member of the
Commonwealth Government Contribution Review Panel in Canberra.
For years, Mark has been actively involved in the consultative
process with the government relating to industry issues that
impact private education and training, both domestically and
overseas. |

David Tan - Director, iAE Global Ltd
& Vice President, iAE China
David was born in Singapore and completed his Bachelor degree
in Marketing in Perth in 1984. After spending some years working
in education marketing, David commenced his MBA studies at
Curtin University part-time, graduating in 1994.
Before joining iAE Global, David spent over ten years with
Alexander Education Group (AEG) as their Group Development
Director, where his responsibilities included business and
strategic marketing development, and management of AEG¡¯s local
and international sales/marketing teams. While there, he was
instrumental in the establishment of Murdoch College in partnership
with Murdoch University and also initiated a strategic alliance
between AEG and Murdoch University; with pathway programs
at undergraduate and post-graduate levels.
David¡¯s experience also includes Director of Marketing with
The Australian Institute of University Studies as well as
Group Marketing Manager for both Edwards Group of Colleges
(now Taylors College, Perth) and the consortium of Australian
Business Educational Colleges in the late 80s. |

Michael Barnes - Director, iAE Global Ltd & VP iAE Japan
Michael has accumulated more than 20 years experience in International
Education covering a wide area of disciplines. . With undergraduate
and post graduate qualifications in Education, ESL and Business
he has amassed a wealth of knowledge and leadership skill
that complement the team of Directors .Michael has experience
in building businesses and growing marketing teams in Japan
as well as Australia , and formerly worked for the TOKYU Corporation
, Japan .
A strong reputation and background in educational administration,
international marketing and management with all sectors of
the industry including, ELICOS , Vocational Education and
Higher Education .
Immediately prior to joining iAE Global Michael was with the
Sarina Russo Group for over 12 years. Previously the Chief
Executive Officer at James Cook University Brisbane and Russo
Higher Education, Brisbane Australia and was formally the
General Manager of Sarina Russo Schools Australia and was
also the Founder of Russo English Australia in 1995 .
A combination of experience and passion for sales and marketing
is what drives Michael and he is the perfect addition to our
growing education business. |
